BOOKING GUIDELINES.

Before booking, here’s what you need to know about studio hours, policies, and booking procedures at The Pixxel Factory, Lagos. Check availability, choose your preferred studio, and make your reservations easily.

Monday – Sunday: 10:00AM – 6:00PM

All bookings must fall within these hours. For sessions outside this window, please see overtime details below.

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Once a booking is confirmed, payments are non-refundable.

• Free rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before the date of your booking.

• Rescheduling within 24-48 hours of your session will incur a 50% fee of the original payment.

• To reschedule, kindly send us a message on Whatsapp with the details of your booking.

• Your studio time starts at your booked hour.  We recommend arriving at least 30minutes early, as an extra 30minutes is allocated for setup and unforeseen delays.

• Please note that your makeup and dress up time is included within your booked session

• Bookings after 6:00PM will incur an additional ₦5,000 per hour added to your booked time.

• Yes, we accept bookings on public holidays. To book a studio space on a public holiday, kindly reach out to us on Whatsapp.

STUDIO POLICIES

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that all creators follow these simple studio policies at The Pixxel Factory, Lagos during their session.

• MOVING & ADJUSTING FURNITURE:

Clients must not move, shift, or rearrange studio furniture without first seeking permission from studio staff. Assistance is always available if needed.

• EQUIPMENT SETUP:

Please consult with staff before setting up strobes, lighting equipment, or modifiers, and follow all provided instructions. 

• NO SMOKING:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any of our studio spaces. 

• CLEAN-UP AFTER USE:

Kindly ensure the studio is kept clean and returned to its original state after your session.

• DAMAGES & LIABILITY:

Any damage to studio floors, walls, equipment or property during your session will be the client’s responsibility and may incur repair or replacement costs.
